FACTS

Dear Applicant,

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Catherine McAuley High School for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year.

Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by January 31, 2012. Applicants can apply online only beginning November 1, 2011 at www.factstuitionaid.com.

The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:

1. Completed online application.
2. Copies of your 2010 tax return, including all schedules.
3. Copies of your 2011 W-2s for both you and your spouse.
4. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

As you input your application information, please be sure to select Catherine McAuley High School in Portland, ME, as there is a school of the same name in Brooklyn, NY. This is done when you input the school’s zip code of 04103. CMHS should be listed among a directory of other schools within this zip code.
