http://www.mcauleyhs.org/images/PDF_Icon.gifOn Sunday, July 10, 2011, AAU Girls Basketball team, the Maine Firecrackers, defeated Team Ohio 55-48 to win the 9th grade Division 2 National Championship game at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida. McAuley rising sophomores, #4 Allie Clement, and #11 Olivia Smith, are two of the Maine Firecrackers team members. These Lady Lions are primed to carry this winning momentum to McAuley for another championship year in basketball! Great job, ladies; the McAuley community couldn’t be prouder!
