Grandparents Honored at Opening Mass

On Thursday, September 18, the memory of our grandparents was kept alive as they were honored at McAuley’s Opening Mass with Bishop Richard Malone.

Held in the Motherhouse Chapel, the Liturgy celebrated the many blessings we receive from our grandparents.  In thanksgiving, the Bishop recognized their continued support of McAuley High and bestowed a special blessing upon them for good health and happiness in the year ahead.

In addition to acknowledging the presence of our loved ones, the Bishop also blessed our students, faculty, and staff as they journey through the academic year.
